Returns & Refunds

We want your Power Aura experience to feel right in every way. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work.

You can return a product if:

  • It’s unused and in its original packaging
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving it
  • It’s not a non-returnable item (e.g., opened consumables or made-to-order items)

How to return:
Email us at hello@poweraura.health with your order number, the items you'd like to return, and your reason. We’ll guide you through the return process - whether the product was supplied by us or by a brand partner.

Return methods include:

  • Self-arranged return postage to the designated address (we’ll advise you)
  • Collection service arranged by Power Aura or our partners (if available; fees may apply)

Refunds:
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 working days. If the return was due to change of mind, original shipping costs and any applicable return fees may be deducted from the refund.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right - whether it’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered - please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photographs to assess the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If the fault is confirmed within 30 days, you’re entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Non-Returnable Products

Due to health and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened or used herbal consumables (e.g., powders, oils, tinctures, gummies)
  • Personal-use wellness products (e.g., sprays, roll-ons)
  • Custom-made or personalised items

Please ensure you're confident in your selection before breaking the seal or packaging.
