All orders placed via www.poweraura.health are fulfilled either by Power Aura or by our partner brands, depending on the product.

Delivery Overview

All products are offered subject to availability. Orders may be shipped either by Power Aura directly or by our approved brand partners, using reliable UK couriers for safe and timely delivery.

Delivery addresses
Orders are delivered to the UK address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave instructions or attempt redelivery.

Delivery times

  • Power Aura Originals: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Curated Brand Products: Typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, though delivery may take up to 7 working days depending on the brand and product availability.
  • Made-to-order items or limited runs may take longer, and estimated timelines will be displayed on the product page.

We’ll send you a confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery areas
We offer free standard UK delivery on most orders. Some remote or offshore postcodes (e.g., Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands) may incur a delivery surcharge, which will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Need it sooner?
For express or next-day delivery options (where available), please contact us at hello@poweraura.health. We’ll confirm feasibility and any additional charges, based on whether the product is fulfilled by us or a partner.


Order Updates & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll notify you promptly by email. You may be offered:

  • A revised delivery timeline
  • A suitable alternative
  • Or a full refund - your choice


Risk & Responsibility

Once delivered to your nominated address, the responsibility (and risk of damage or loss) for your products transfers to you. If anything appears damaged or incorrect on arrival, please let us know right away.
