Welcome to Power Aura - a curated platform bringing together the UK’s most trusted herbal wellness brands, along with our own range of original, high-integrity herbal products. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of products through our website at www.poweraura.health.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not place an order through our site.

1. Our Role as a Platform and a Manufacturer
Power Aura operates both as a curated platform and a direct manufacturer. Products sold through our site may be:
- Power Aura Originals - products we formulate, produce, and fulfil directly.
- Curated Partner Products - supplied and shipped by trusted UK-based wellness brands aligned with our values.
We work closely with all suppliers to maintain a seamless, transparent customer experience - regardless of whether your order is fulfilled by us or a brand partner.
2. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
The content and products on our site are for general wellness and educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using herbal supplements, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
By purchasing from Power Aura, you accept full responsibility for any outcomes that result from your use or interpretation of our products and information.
3. Orders & Accounts
You may place orders as a guest or by creating an account for a more personalised experience.
You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once you receive a dispatch notification - this may come from Power Aura directly or from one of our partner brands, depending on the item.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, if stock is unavailable or there is an error in pricing or product details).
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The final amount confirmed at checkout is the amount you will be charged.
Payment is due at the time of order via secure payment providers (e.g., debit/credit card or PayPal). We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
Power Aura Originals: Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by us from our UK facility.
Curated Partner Products: These are dispatched by the individual brands listed on our platform. Each brand handles its own logistics, and estimated delivery times may vary.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days, although bespoke or limited-availability items may take longer. Delivery updates will be shared by email.
Some remote UK areas may incur a delivery surcharge, which will be calculated during checkout based on your postcode.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Cancellations
We hope you love what you ordered, but if not, you can return most products within 14 days of delivery provided:
- Items are unused and in original packaging
- You notify us at hello@poweraura.health with your order number and reason for return
- Returns are arranged either by you or, in some cases, via a courier organised by us or the brand partner (fees may apply)
Please note:
- Ingestible products (e.g., powders, capsules, oils) cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty
- Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect
- Products must be returned in resalable condition or a partial refund may apply
Refunds are processed within 7 days of the returned item being received and inspected.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request images to verify the issue.
If confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — depending on the nature of the fault.
You are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods if the issue is reported within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:
- Packaging may vary
- Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings
- Measurements are approximate and may have minor tolerances
- Availability may change at short notice
We reserve the right to amend product details without prior notice.
9. Product Guarantees
If you believe an item is faulty, contact us and we’ll work with the relevant party (our own fulfilment or the brand partner) to investigate and resolve the issue.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined or used retrospectively.
Some products - particularly those made-to-order or fulfilled by select third-party partners - may be excluded from promotional pricing.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, including loss of use, opportunity, or enjoyment.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any legal obligation that cannot be excluded.
You must follow all product usage guidance provided to avoid damage or misuse.
